Our activities include new construction and acquisition of existing assets – from A to Z, from first planning ideas to completion – with the objective of converting or renovating residential and commercial projects and sustainably enhance value.

The owner Jeannette Bottlang studied Economics in Berlin School of Economics and Law and Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. For more than 10 years she is working in Project Management and Real Estate. For the last couple of years she was working for big international constructors and she managed projects of developers and investors.
